1. Before Work Begins

A full refund is available if requested before any work has commenced on your project. Once the content strategy creation process begins, refunds are no longer available.

2. After Work Begins

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available once work has started. All deliverables are custom-created for each client.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revisions. We encourage clients to use these revisions to ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables.

4. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with deliverables, please contact us at contact@kraftreach.online. We will work to resolve any issues within the scope of the agreed package.
