KraftReach Studio Ltd. provides digital marketing and content strategy services. All deliverables are digital — no physical products are included in any package.

2. Payments

All packages require a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring billing, or automatic charges. Payment is due before work begins.

3. Scope of Work

Each package includes a clearly defined scope of digital deliverables as described on our pricing page. Additional work outside the package scope may require a separate agreement.

4. Revisions

Revisions are included as specified in each package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

5. Delivery

All deliverables are provided digitally via email or download link. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.

6. No Guarantees

KraftReach does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, follower growth, or engagement metrics. Our services provide content strategy frameworks and marketing materials — outcomes depend on implementation and market conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for all delivered materials. KraftReach retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

KraftReach's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
